At MAN, HERBIE makes an important contribution to automation at the MAN training center. Trainees come into contact with modern transport automation for the first time and learn how to integrate it efficiently into work flows.

At egf GmbH, the AGV Herbie M works hand in hand with the employees. The small load carriers are handed over to Herbie by the employees and picked up again at another location.

With our partner Selpak, we bridge distances between different conveyor technology end points on routes where rigid conveyor systems present spatial obstacles or other disadvantages.

At the TH Ulm, Herbie uses the existing conveyor technology to automatically transport cartons between different stations. Manual transfer of the cartons is also possible at some stations.

At Schubert System Elektronik, HERBIE distributes load carriers from a central picking station to several delivery points in the assembly areas. Orders are created via a web interface and include a route through several stations.

Employees trigger transport orders at the touch of a button, whereupon HERBIE picks up the goods in the order they are requested and delivers them to a shared drop-off station.

HERBIE XL with customized load handling device is used for the automatic transport of baking trays to ovens in order to realise a fully automated baking process.

Leiber Group implemented the transportation of measuring parts from the machines to a central measuring room in the production facility using HERBIE L. 

True to the motto of "Lean Automation," HERBIE, equipped with a manual top module, transports repair parts between the incoming goods area and the individual workstations at KaVo Dental.

The best of both worlds. In ESB's Werk 150, HERBIE supplies production with small parts using manual load handling. At the same time, HERBIE expands an existing FlexConveyor conveyor module with roller conveyors, thus saving space and costs.

100% automated. Since April 2022, HERBIE has been in operation at Schubert, supplying the production line with tools and transporting finished goods for further processing.

The Institute for Production Technology (wbk) utilizes HERBIE XL with the roller conveyor top module to connect production cells for lithium-ion cells.

Gebhardt Fördertechnik realizes the container management of the storage pre-zone at an automatic small parts warehouse with HERBIE M vehicles and a roller conveyor as load handling device.
